Liam Badger C.E.O, Producer
Liam is a former international games inventor, screenwriter and entrepreneur. A founding director and CEO of Magic Hour Media, Liam’s Producer credits include the critically acclaimed A Good Woman starring Scarlett Johansson and Helen Hunt and Ashes and Sand starring Nick Moran. Liam later went on to establish the film development companies Luminaire Films and Sprezzatura Pictures. A Goldsmiths graduate in English Literature, Liam also holds an MA in Marketing from Brunel University and studied screenwriting at the UK’s prestigious National Film and Television School.
Stephen James Thompson : Head of Development, Writer, Producer
After graduating from Reading University Steve initially worked in the film industry as a script editor and for many years provided writing services for a range of companies including; Epic, Marc Forstater Productions, Carlton T.V, Alibi Pictures, Magic Hour Media, Sprezzatura Pictures and Luminaire Films. Over the years he has collaborated with many established directors including Roger Donaldson, Vadim Jean, John Henderson, Walter Hill and Waris Hussein.
Dave Crowe, Head of Finance
David started out in A&R with Mickie Most’s record company RAK Records which became Europe’s most successful independent labels. In 1981 he started his own record label, England Records, that had the then biggest selling British independent single by the England World Cup Squad reaching No.2 in the pop charts. David went on to launch a free magazine company, Hartogg-Hutton Publishing, which he later sold to BBC Enterprises and then turned to documentary film production, co-founding Double Jab Productions and Dream On Productions where he made several acclaimed titles including ones on Muhammad Ali, Nat King Cole and Jeff Wayne’s The War Of The World’s.
